Surrounded by family and friends who travelled from all over the world, Sienna and Alex celebrated their love in one of Queensland’s most spectacular coastal locations. From an intimate beachfront ceremony to a relaxed reception overlooking the ocean, every part of their day reflected the laid-back beauty that makes North Stradbroke wedding and elopement photography so special.
The day began with both Sienna and Alex getting ready in nearby beachfront apartments, enjoying a relaxed morning with their closest family and friends. There was an incredible sense of excitement in the air as everyone prepared for the celebrations ahead. One of the things we love most about photographing weddings on North Stradbroke Island is how effortlessly the day flows. Everything is close by, allowing couples to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed.
Their ceremony took place right on the beach, beautifully styled and constructed by the talented team at Stradbroke Events Company. The setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Soft sand beneath everyone’s feet, gentle ocean breezes, and uninterrupted views across the water created an unforgettable backdrop for Sienna and Alex to exchange their vows.
As the sun began to dip towards the horizon, the beach was transformed into a golden paradise. The warm light made every moment feel even more magical, creating the perfect atmosphere for heartfelt celebrations with loved ones. Golden hour on North Stradbroke Island never disappoints. After the ceremony, we wandered along the shoreline with the bridal party before spending some quiet time with Sienna and Alex capturing their couple portraits.

After sunset, everyone made their way to Oasis for an evening filled with laughter, celebration, amazing food, and plenty of dancing. Sharing stories, enjoying incredible meals, and celebrating with family and friends from across the globe made for the perfect end to an unforgettable day. The relaxed atmosphere perfectly reflected Sienna and Alex’s vision – a wedding focused on connection, joy, and creating memories with the people they love most.
